I started today off like most mornings. Up early, Wim Hof Breathing, rolling through a list of people (by name) & things that I am lucky to have in my life. For the next few minutes, I think of nothing until productive thoughts pop into my mind.
Today thought was my Vision Poster from 2018. People seemed to like it then and after looking at again, I think it is more pertinent now.
Attitude is intentional, it is a personal choice, it sometimes takes work and a repeatable routine. I can not think of a time where negative energy has built lasting relationships, financial success, good health, trust, loyalty... I do know an attitude of gratitude has delivered time after time.
