I run through a list of what I am thankful for, why, and who. I think of people, places, circumstances and wins...

Even when things are fantastic, not every call, day, interaction is great. Mindset is everything get your head right good things happen. I like the principle of karma... this is not a religious thing but I do believe

According to karma, what you have done, you become.

Treat others the way you want to be treated. Your actions throughout lifetime become the circumstances of your being, so do your best to live life authentically, truthfully, wish good things for others, and hold no malice.

With that, I share sams thoughts of the week
