Urgency Meets Purpose. My Bike is Covered in Dust, but the Fight Against MS Isn’t. MS Never Takes a Day Off. My Training Starts Now.

Let’s talk priorities. I am good at sorting urgent from important: my wife, my son, my clients, my friends. But I have a blind spot, and maybe you do too: ourselves.

I try to hit the gym, eat healthy, and stay focused. But honestly, "self-care" usually falls to the bottom of my priority list, right next to organizing the junk drawer (which will never happen).

Right now, reality is slamming into me like a freight train. Bike MS 2026 is on March 28th, a deadline that's now only 110 days away. I haven’t touched my bike since the last Bike MS ride on March 29th, 2025. Not one rotation. My bike sits in the garage, coated in dust, a stark reminder I am running out of time.

The date is set, and I am riding, whether my legs agree or not. Bike MS isn’t just a date on a calendar; it is urgent and important.

I need your help. Please donate to my ride. Every dollar brings us closer to a world without MS. https://events.nationalmssociety.org/participants/758757

The importance of this ride is off the charts. Multiple Sclerosis is a cruel, chronic disease with no cure. It doesn’t discriminate based on age, gender, or race. It doesn't take a day off. It’s a relentless, silent battle for over 1,000,000 Americans, and that number is rising. 20 years ago, the number was half of that. Today, it’s 1 in every 350 people in the US.

Bike MS is the largest fundraising cycling series, urgently funding critical research and treatments while raising awareness. Every ride pushes us closer to a cure and to changing lives now.

I know there are many worthy causes. I support Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Cancer, The American Heart Association, pediatric healthcare...

In Q1 2026, my focus is laser-locked on Bike MS.

MS might be a silent disease, but we dont have to be quiet and can't stay tight-lipped. Lives are being changed every day, and urgent action is needed.

Please join me, either by riding or supporting my ride with a donation: https://events.nationalmssociety.org/participants/758757.

Let’s do this.
