Know Your Why Inverted

I am not sure who invented the phrase "Know Your Why" it may have been Simon Sinek, whoever it was, they sure have made an impact. It is a key discussion taking place at leadership summits and large companies.

It is strange, somehow the Know Your Why at large companies always comes back to making more money. I don't resent that, I want to make more money, and the best way to do that is to make my clients more money.

I want to be happy, and the best way to be happy it to make others happy...

I am not debating the "Know Your Why" conversation but it absolutely needs to be inverted.

I tend to look at things and invert them. I ran a sales team for many years and now have my own company. Knowing your Why, is a given, a must. It can also be hard. Here is a helpful tip.

Start by knowing your Customers, Children, Spouse, _____( fill in the blank) Why.

I have found that starting with others provides amazing clarity, focus, and success for oneself.

I know it sounds a bit selfish but it works.

Find your Why by know other peoples Why.
