Updated: Jul 3

Tesla is now 7/1/20 (that could change day to day) valued higher than Toyota even though it lags in may key metrics.

It seems the rules that apply to traditional automakers don't apply to Tesla. Investors are treating Tesla like a Tech play. I am not an investor and I am not making recommendations. I just find this interesting, and I also love Tech so I am grinning a bit.

Keep in mind much of the focus and hype is on CEO Elon Musk’s promises on future products that might never materialize.

Comparing Tesla to the auto industry is like comparing CTV | OTT to broadcast television. it is similar but that extra tech makes a gigantic difference.

CTV | OTT always getting better

CTV = Connected TV | OTT = Over The Top TV
