Updated: Dec 1, 2023

All work and no play make Jack a dull boy.

This post isn't about Jack and it's not about all work. It is about a work-life balance. I really wasn't going to make this post yet, but I didn't want to post it after the holidays when people are making their resolutions and trying to drop the holiday 5.

This post is not about the scale or how good you look in your bathing suit.

It is about being the best version of you that you can be.

The reason this post is on this site and LinkedIn is because this impacts your professional life just as much as your personal life. My posts are about success.

If you do a quick Google search “Do most successful people workout”, the majority of results will say 76% of successful people devote time to exercise.

Exercise Improves: mood, stress, memory, concentration, competitive drive, creativity, and endurance.

I am not a fitness guru, and I don't judge others. I am pointing

There is just an interesting correlation between success and exercise/fitness.

Quick tips the first 30 minutes of your day will set the tone for the next 15 hours.

1 Wake up and immediately get natural sunlight. Do not look at your phone, TV, or computer. Natural sunlight boosts Mood, Cognitive performance & Focus. This will set your circadian rhythms

2, Breathing exercises, Wim Hoff, 4x4 box, 478 Dr. Weil. Breathwork helps with Stress, Focus, Memory, Energy, Anxiety, Metabolism

3 Drink 12 ounces of water. No sugary drinks through, juice included. 75% of Americans walk around dehydrated. Being well-hydrated also improves Sleep, Cognition, Mood, Metabolism

Wow 1, 2, & 3 are all related.

What works for one does not work for all. I already noted this is about being the best version of yourself. In addition to the above, find a workout that makes you happy.

Walk/Jog, Swimming, biking, weightlifting, a combination.

Here is an opportunity to do well by doing good
